Brightly Coloured Festival Lanterns

Each July in Dublin The Festval of Curisoity brings together science, arts, culture and technology through adventures, performances, debates and shows.

“The Festival of Curiosity evolved from Dublin City of Science 2012, a year long celebration of science held in honour of Dublin winning the bid to host of the Euroscience Open Forum in July 2012.”

2014’s festival was decorated with our large and extra large coloured paper lanterns – a vibrant cocktail of pink, yellow, turquoise and lime lanterns were suspended in zig zags high above the activity stations. Whilst other coloured hanging lanterns were placed onto festoon strings to add a source of illumination right into the night.

Our lanterns are safety tested and certified in accordance with BS EN 60598 for use with mains powered lighting and come with a metal expander that allows you to place the lantern onto the festoon without any additional fixings.

These stunning, giant stars were manufactured for a leading UK supermarket, A clean, simple design was cut into each prong of the star to ensure the light filtered through casting stunning shadows and shapes around the venue.

Bespoke laser cut lanterns created for Grosvenor House Hotel London

Our Sussex based creative studio designed and manufactured 20 stone coloured geometric lanterns in 50cm, 75cm and 90cm diameters. Each bespoke laser cut lantern was made from 700GSM card and came complete with hanging bars enabling them to be suspended on mains power cords.
