Pastel pink small and large lanterns stand out against the white lining of this high top marquee.

All other décor has been kept neutral with a lot of bamboo to enhance the natural beauty of the handmade paper lanterns. Even the wicker garden chairs add to the country garden wedding feel. If you wanted to recreate this look but up the ‘country’ level why not use hay bales for your guests to sit on and play croquet on the lawn outside. By alternating white and pink hanging lanterns a sophisticated, not sweetie style, look is created. Rather than having floral centre pieces on every table have large vases by key areas of the marquee such as entrance and around the edge of the dance floor.
