A relaxed vintage wedding marquee in the garden of a Hackney pub was decorated with an array of red, orange, pink and yellow paper hanging lanterns.

The vintage style was achieved with mismatched chairs, open sides and ribbon tied bottles of lemonade at each setting alongside the lanterns. Exposed festoon lighting hung in a criss cross effect ensures this wedding look is warm and inviting to all guests.

Bold coloured paper lanterns look fantastic against a white lined marquee as it encourages the colours to pop and stand out.  With the paper lanterns created such an effect table décor and floor displays can be kept low level and simple. Open all sides of your marquee and allow the sunshine in.
