Sally and her family were steaming ahead in true DIY wedding style and aiming to do as much as possible themselves however due to another supplier cancelling just a couple of weeks before the wedding, leaving them slightly in the lurch, Sally’s mum decided that they needed help so as a surprise gift to the happy couple she arranged for our Sussex installers to take care of the main decoration of the hall. Amanda and Sara juggled their hectic schedule to be able to save the day for Sally’s wedding and even stayed a little longer after installing the lanterns to help dress the tables so that Sally could have a little more time to be pampered and enjoy her special day!
The Winchester Hall is impressively high so the aim for this hanging lantern design was to enclose the ceiling space to create a more intimate and warm atmosphere. Ivory, Sage and lace round lanterns were added to the fairy lights to help fill the vast space and offer a little more colour just above the tables.
