Traditional marquees are incredibly tall so can often feel rather sparse….our extra-large round lanterns are ideal to fill the space overhead and create a more intimate atmosphere on your special day.
Traditional tents, petal tents, rope and pole tents, stretch tents and circus tents are becoming increasingly popular with brides and grooms due to their original styles and everyone striving to for the wedding to look “different” on the big day.
These types of marquee can really enhance the theme of the day, especially suitable to country garden, rustic or relaxed boho themed weddings. For many couples the extra height is what they love about the marquee however decorating them can be a little tricky as smaller items such as bunting can look lost in such a large space. Our solution is extra large hanging lanterns up to 36” in diameter. Suspend your 36” and 30” diameter lanterns in a scattering along the middle of the tent and utilise that extra height; this will enclose the space creating a cosier atmosphere but as there are still gaps between the lanterns the natural light will pour between the lanterns and certainly wont detract from this stunning marquee type.
For a warmer feel combine rosy tones such as pink and peach with a dot of light yellow to lift the look and reflect the sunshine.
