Our Sussex based creative studio were approached by a very large national retailer to create and manufacture unique laser cut Christmas decorations for their corporate Christmas party being held in early Decmber 2014.
They had received a sneak preview of our 2014 Christmas collection in the summer months and quickly started discussions about how to set their Christmas decorations apart from anyone else’s.
Each table for the formal dinner is to be decorated with our small and medium Ruby Christmas Trees with a Buttonlite inside to provide a gentle glow as the lights go down and the dance floor comes to life. This is where we proposed several different designs to add a little something special – a variety of stars were designed to sit on the tops of the trees with the company name and table number laser cut or engraved onto the paper star. We even proposed an intricate snowflake design to sit on the small Christmas Trees so that each table was truly unique.
To continue the look set by the Christmas table decor across the whole celebration, the dance floor will be decorated with a 30 of our winter snowflake decorations. The Ruby Deco snowflakes will be interspersed with Stardream Silver 3D snowflakes at varying heights. The glitter balls that is suspended in the middle of the dance floor will ensure that light is reflected off all sides and styles of the laser cut snowflakes.
Each member of staff will be given a Snowflake favour box as they leave the event and rumour has it the box will contain a lottery ticket, amongst other goodies, so we wonder if there will be a Christmas millionaire! No doubt these Snowflakes will be displayed at home for the seasonal period too.
