Lindsey created this eye catching paper lantern canopy in the marquee at The Roxburge Hotel.
The brief was sophisticated, Scottish, autumnal and classic - think traditional kilts for inspiration!
Seeing as the groom’s kilt featured an array of striking tones including claret, sage, navy and purple there was a great palette of colour to work with.
Lindsey and her team selected purple, royal blue, red and sage green paper lanterns, in a variety of medium sizes, which were suspended directly from the marquee lining above the dining tables.
Get Knotted also created the floral displays along the tables to ensure that all colours were complementary.
Brighter shots of colour were added through orange and fuchsia flowers. The flowers were a combination of David Austin roses, singapore orchids, thistles, monbretia, leucospermum, celosia, calla lilies, heather, gladioli, rose hips, hydrangeas, dahlias, oriental lilies and trailing amaranths.
