"Married life is lovely thank you and we both had the most amazing day. The lanterns were absolutely perfect and made the marquee extra special!
We got married on my husband's family farm in Hexham. We decided that the colour scheme should be 'teal'; however there are so many interpretations on what this colour looks like so we found it difficult initially to match this.
Once I got the coloured paper lanterns however, it made other decisions much easier and we ended up getting the bridesmaid dresses in the different shades as well to match the theme and they looked fab!
We then got the teal, duck egg and ivory chair sashes to complete the look. The lanterns were a highlight amongst the reception guests. They made the marquee look fun and I feel that this is reflected in the fun outdoors wedding reception."
Samantha and Alex used Penny Rose Photography for their big day and decorated their large 30 x 12 metre marquee with 100 small, medium and large paper lanterns - recreate this look by mixing cream paper lanterns in amongst robin egg and teal lanterns.
