We dispatch all customer orders from our fulfilment centre in the UK (East Sussex), and dispatch all orders same day if they are received before 2pm (uk).
We offer standard Royal Mail "signed for" delivery options, and next day tracked courier options, and let you choose the most appropriate method depending on how quickly you would like your paper lanterns.
We also offer a delivery service to european and worldwide destinations, and shipping rates are calculated when you place your order via our website. If you are interested in placing a large or wholesale order for delivery outside of the UK, do drop us an e-mail with further details, and we will be able to assist you
