We dispatch all customer orders from our fulfilment centre in the UK (East Sussex), and dispatch all orders same day if they are received before 2pm (uk).
We offer standard Royal Mail delivery options, and next day tracked courier options, and let you choose the most appropriate method depending on how quickly you would like your paper lanterns.
We currently only offer a delivery service to UK customers, however, if you are interested in placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, do drop us an e-mail with further details, as we may be able to assist you
Likewise, if you would like to discuss a large or wholesale order with us, we will be happy to assist.
