Sarah was whisked away to Venice in the summer of 2015 by her husband to be, with her son at her side to photograph her special day. The bride to be arrived in style via a canal boat, wearing a 1920’s Gatsby inspired embroidered wedding dress and celebrated her marriage with family and friends in a traditional Venetian courtyard. With the elegant, rustic stone work of the courtyard and its glorious archway features, it was important for the lanterns to complement the surroundings so Sarah chose the classic white wedding lanterns with warm Buttonites inside, suspended using clear fishing wire tied from balcony to balcony to create the mystical floating effect.
As the happy couple had a lot of items to squeeze into their suitcases the wedding lanterns were shipped directly from us to the venue in Venice so that there was one less thing for Sarah to worry about!
