Latte and Lace Lanterns adorn Scottish marquee

Gemma from Rock My Venue, a wedding planner and stylist based in Inverness, contacted The Hanging Lantern Company when one of her clients requested a hanging lantern display as her marquee decoration. The stylist had never worked with lanterns before so our Wedding & Events adviser, Natalie, worked out everything Gemma needed based on the dimensions of the marquee and then talked her through how to install the lanterns step by step. 

“As it was a first attempt at using lanterns I was a little anxious however I found Natalie’s instructions very easy to follow and once I got into the swing of it I actually really enjoyed myself! I was really pleased with how it turned out, the lanterns completely transformed the marquee! My client was over the moon! I will definitely be using your hanging lanterns more often and can’t wait to do another installation!”

This look can be recreated using white, pastel pink and latte lanterns with a scattering of lace lanterns to add a softer and more delicate touch to contrast the rustic latte tone. This colour combination looks great in any type venue but particularly marquees as it pops against the white backdrop.
